Terms of use
Short, plain rules. By using Atlayo Meet you agree to them.
Effective 7 November 2026
1. Who runs the service
Atlayo Meet is operated by Atlayo Overseas s.r.o., company ID 29645433, VAT ID CZ29645433, Příkop 843/4, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, section C, file 152275 (“we”). Contact: hola@atlayo.com. How we handle data is described in the Privacy policy.
2. What the service is
Atlayo Meet is a web service for video meetings. Right now it is free and can be used without registering. Signing in with Atlayo ID is optional. The service has limits (for example at most 100 participants per meeting) and we may change the service, its features or its limits, or start charging for it.
3. What is and is not allowed
Use the service lawfully and with consideration for others. In particular, you must not:
- share unlawful content, in particular content showing child abuse or violence or inciting hatred or violence,
- harass, blackmail, threaten or impersonate another person,
- send spam or malicious code or disrupt other people’s meetings,
- overload or bypass the service’s security, for example by creating meetings in bulk automatically or trying to guess other people’s passwords and codes,
- use the service in a way that infringes third parties’ rights.
The service is intended for people aged 15 and over. Younger people may use it only with the knowledge and consent of a parent, guardian or school.
4. Hosts and participants
The host is responsible for their meeting: for whom they invite, what happens in it and for following these terms. A host can mute or remove participants and lock or end the meeting. Protect the meeting code and link, the host key, and the password and encryption key in the link like keys to a door: whoever has them has access.
Recording and transcripts. Atlayo does not record meetings. The host can record a meeting on their own device and must confirm before starting that they have the other participants’ consent. All participants see a “Recording” badge the whole time and anyone who does not agree can leave. A participant may also save the transcript and chat on their own device. Whoever records or saves is responsible for having consent and for using and protecting the recording lawfully.
5. Meeting content and reporting abuse
You are responsible for the content you share. We do not review the content of calls, we do not moderate meetings in advance or automatically, we use no automated tools to assess content, and in end-to-end encrypted meetings we cannot decrypt it. We act on reports and on detected abuse of the service.
- How to report. In a meeting choose “Report abuse” in the “More options” menu, or write to hola@atlayo.com with the meeting code, approximate time and a description. You can report anything you consider unlawful or in breach of these terms.
- What we do. We review the report and, depending on severity, may block or delete a meeting, restrict access to the service or end an Atlayo ID account. The reporter receives the decision if they gave us a contact, and so does the affected user if we can reach them (for example through their account). We always state the reason.
- Objection. If you disagree with a restriction, reply to our message or write to the same address. We will review the decision again and normally answer within 14 days. This does not affect your right to go to court or to another authority.
- For unlawful content we may release data to authorities where the law requires it.
6. Atlayo ID account
A Meet account is created by signing in with Atlayo ID and is optional. You can delete it at any time on the “My meetings” page, which also deletes the meetings linked to it. We may restrict access if these terms are breached.
7. Availability and liability
We provide the service “as is”. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption, free of errors or fit for a particular purpose. Call quality also depends on your device and connection. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by an outage or unavailability of the service, loss of data or recordings, or the conduct of other participants. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded, in particular for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence and for personal injury. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Changes, law and contact
We may change these terms; the current version is always on this page with the effective date at the top. The relationship is governed by Czech law. This does not take away consumer protection under the mandatory rules of the country where the consumer lives. In a dispute a consumer may also turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.gov.cz), an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body. Send questions to hola@atlayo.com.
